Our Safety Program Overview
Learn more about what we do
Our Philosophy
Safety is non‑negotiable. We believe no schedule, cost, or task is more important than protecting lives. Our policy is simple: we stop work before we compromise. Every person on our site has both the right and the responsibility to speak up and stop unsafe work. We embed safety into every phase of planning and execution to ensure a culture where safety is a shared value—not just a rule.
Program Pillars
Planning
- Every project begins with site-specific hazard identification and methodical task planning. Safety is built into the blueprint from day one.
Training
- Our workers and subcontractors receive tailored, role-specific training. From WHMIS and Fall Protection to Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE), we ensure every team member is properly equipped.
Verification
- Safety is monitored through regular inspections, internal audits, field-level hazard assessments (FLHAs), and corrective action tracking. We leave nothing to chance.
Continuous Improvement
- We integrate lessons from near misses, incidents, and crew feedback into our safety program updates. Every experience is an opportunity to raise the standard.
